Greensboro Nursing Home is a full service, 30-bed nursing home and rehabilitation center located in the picturesque town of Greensboro Vermont. The Greensboro facility has been serving the community’s health care needs for more than 70 years. We are located in an easily accessible area in northern Vermont; just a few miles away from beautiful Caspian Lake, Willey’s Country Store, a short drive from Morrisville and St. Johnsbury, Vermont and close to the Canadian border..

Greensboro Nursing Home ensures the best care by not overloading our staff. Licensed Nursing Assistants work in a one aide to seven residents ratio. This is one of the lowest ratios in Vermont and provides our people more time to work closely and personally with our residents..

Greensboro is a not-for-profit facility that accepts Medicare, Medicaid, as well as private insurance. Because we are a not-for-profit organization, our private pay rate is less than other area facilities.
